Start a meeting with a single click or send out email invitations via the integrated scheduling system.
- Manage Access: Allow and disallow access to all functionality for the whole group or on a user-per-user basis.
- Text Chat: Allow particpants to text chat on screen during the conference.
- Coming Soon! Record The Session: Record sessions, which can then be uploaded to SAFARI Montage by using CreationStation for subsequent playback — ideal for asynchronous content dispersal or post-meeting review.
- Live Polling: Get feedback on the issue at hand by conducting an online live poll.
- View & Share Files: By uploading files to the Fileshare window, a teacher may open several image file types (.jpg, .gif, .png, .swf) as well as documents like PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe PDF in the content viewer, allowing students to download files to their desktop.
Include Web resources, which can then be “pushed” — or opened remotely by the teacher — onto the students’ desktops.
The Screen Sharing feature allows a teacher’s active computer desktop to be viewed within the Content Viewer window for all attendees to see.
