District Usage & Reports

The revamped District Usage Highlights/Reports dashboard provides valuable insights into how content is being used throughout a school district. Users can review District Usage Highlights, District Usage by School, and District Usage by Content.


The Highlights report provides users with a snapshot view of key metrics that can be seen district-wide, filtered by School or School Group (Network) and displayed for a specified time frame.


The District Usage by School report details total plays by school organized by highest to lowest plays, and can be filtered by time span


The District Usage by Content report provides the number of total plays by content package, or publisher, across of variety of time periods.

Requirements:

  • SAFARI Montage Learning Object Repository (LOR) subscription
  • SAFARI Montage v.8.8 or greater
